Notes:
There should be a minimum of 10 judoka in each club grading. (clubs can be combined for a grading).
The applications for Judoka U16 have to satisfy the age requirements.
There must be at least 6 months between 1 grading & another.
All Judoka must be active, and therefore participated in at least 1 event / competition before each grading.
